Renting a venue?
The Nottebohm Room and the Eekhoud Cabinet are only made available for activities that tie in with the setting and mission of the Heritage Library. Due to the historical value of the 19th-century Nottebohm Room, receptions must take place in the adjacent hall rather than in the room itself.
Reservations can be made from six months up to a minimum of six weeks in advance.

Discover the potential of the Heritage Library as a film location
Screen Flanders and the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF) produced a promotional video featuring the Nottebohm Room of the Hendrik Conscience Heritage Library as a potential location for film or television productions. The video showcases both the immediate surroundings - including the exterior of the building and the nearby St. Charles Borromeo Church on Hendrik Conscienceplein - as well as detailed footage of the Nottebohm Room itself.
